Alongside custom music arrangements, the organization now offers composition services, conceptualizes and executes music for various events, and operates as a music label. A strong advocate for the independent music sector, JJA Music is committed to advancing musicians' careers through robust network building. I have always repeated that I will never be the CEO of anything (because I don’t want to) and that I won’t be responsible for finances (because I really really don’t want to), and so… now I’m in a leadership role and spend a lot of time working with budgets. This happened because at some point it was necessary to move from the dream phase into the execution phase. I stepped up, against my better judgment. Today I’m still learning, but I am extremely motivated and passionate about bringing new professionals along with me.
